About

I’m Robbie, a Mental Health Therapist with postgraduate training in mental health therapy and counselling. I have experience across government, non-government, and private sectors, working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

I am an Approved Counsellor under the NSW Victims Services scheme, providing government-funded support to individuals impacted by crime, including family and domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumatic events.

I offer a free 10-minute consultation to help you decide if we're the right fit before committing to a full session. I provide affordable individual and couples therapy using a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, tailored to your goals and needs.

  • Anchorline Therapy is approved to provide free counselling under the NSW Victims Services scheme. This service supports individuals impacted by a violent crime in NSW, including survivors of domestic and family violence, sexual assault, or other traumatic incidents.

  • Compassionate, strengths-based support tailored to your needs. I provide therapy for grief, relationships, mental health, and more helping you navigate life’s challenges in a safe and validating space.

  • Evidence-based support using Gottman Level 1 techniques to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship challenges. Sessions are conducted via video only in a safe, non-judgmental space.
